Identify leads flowing through multiple channels . phone, live chat, email, signup forms
Engage with prospective leads at various levels and converting them into sales.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Required skills:
Compulsory to have International (US/UK) Voice Process Experience.
Prefer candidates who have handled sales process on outbound calls.
Soft-spoken, persuasive, persistent, and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email.
Candidate should have VNA training (preferred)
Open to work in UK / USA shifts.
