he Customer Service Representative - Higher Value Customer Service is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our high-value customers via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex customer inquiries and issues, and will be able to provide proactive and personalized service to our most important customers. This includes taking orders for door windows and ensuring that the orders are processed and delivered correctly.
* Answer customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Respond to customer emails and texts in a timely and informative manner
* Meet with customers in person to resolve issues
* Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
* Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed
* Work with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
* Identify and anticipate customer needs
* Proactively offer solutions and recommendations to improve the customer experience
* Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve customer service processes
* Take orders for door windows
* Ensure that door window orders are processed and delivered correctly
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a higher value customer service role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with CRM software
* Experience with door window ordering and processing
