We are hiring for Customer Service Representative- responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist your customers end to end, for any queries. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
?Roles and Responsibilities?
? Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
? Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
? Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
?Experience & Qualification?- Graduates or Under-graduates with minimum 6 months prior International call center experience preferred
?location?- Koodal nagar, Madurai.
ONSITE ONLY
?Salary?
? For fresher - 12k + incentives
? For exp - 15k + incentives
?? At most 15 days training period and mock call for everyone
?? Salary will not be calculated during training period
?Knowledge or Skills Requirements?
? Communication Skills should be excellent in English
? Customer Service/Recruitment with a BPO
