Customer Service Representative (Inbound International Voice Process Rotational Shift)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Answer calls and respond to emails.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Process orders.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
5 working days with 2 rotational week off
Minimum 06 months - 1 year of experience required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
