Designation – Customer Service Representative
Location – Gurugram (Haryana), India. (Work from office)
Working Days: Rotational 5days (Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

Experience in providing customer service support with — eCommerce, advertising, public relations, or in-house agency preferred
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.

12th/Diploma/ Bachelors’ Degree + Excellent communication skills.
