Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person or by phone, email, or chat about a wide range of questions and problems.

Provide customer service to customers.

Assist customers with any problems with credit cards.

Resolve customer issues, questions, and problems.

Answer customer questions and solve customer problems over the phone or in person.

Promote excellent customer service through active listening, open communication, and effective problem resolution.

Answer, record, and forward all incoming telephone calls; faxes, emails, and correspondence.
