Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues, questions, and problems.
Answer customer questions and solve customer problems over the phone or in person.
Promote excellent customer service through active listening, open communication, and effective problem resolution.
Answer, record, and forward all incoming telephone calls; faxes, emails, and correspondence.
