Excellent English and Hindi Communication Skills for handling customer queries of beauty cosmetic products.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer / client accounts through open and interactive communication Responsible to do end to end coordination with high end clients Provide Skills required

Follows up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise.

Responsible to do end to end coordination with high end clients

PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.

Provides information regarding availability of in stock and out of stock items.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service excellence to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalog information, always maintaining and exhibiting Mouser values to each and every customer.
