Customer Relations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving loyalty through excellent service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention.

Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and customer engagement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Maintain a database of loyal customers and track their preferences.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Support sales teams by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
