Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their shopping experience to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain a database of loyal customers and keep track of their preferences.
Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure after-sales service, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Support sales teams by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
Ensure store ambiance and service quality meet brand standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
