Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.

Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
