Job description:

Follow-up with shipper on cargo readiness

Arrange vessel schedule & place booking with carrier/ vendor

Follow-up on pick-up/ custom clearance and process SI submission

Follow-up on Form-13/ VGM and EIR

Follow-up with carrier on BL draft, Invoice

Follow-up with shipper on BL draft confirmation

Crosscheck carrier/ vendor invoice received as per quote & pass to accounts for purchase entry

Proforma invoice to shipper

Final invoice and documents to shipper / client
