Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our BPO/KPO team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service, resolving queries, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on company policies, processes, and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in BPO or KPO industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
