Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels. The Representative will also be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and customer experience through prompt and efficient service. This role is located in Mumbai.
