Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels. The Representative will also be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and customer experience through prompt and efficient service. This role is located in Mumbai.

They can work in different settings, such as call centers, retail stores, or online platforms. They use various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, or social media, to provide information and support to customers. Some of the skills and qualities that a customer service representative needs are:
