We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Customer Care Executive proficient in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service experience
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and targets
Requirements:
12th or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
