Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints, striving for first-contact resolution.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and guiding customers through appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Upsell products and services to customers, where applicable.
Continuously update knowledge about company offerings, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate or graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).
Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
