As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order placement, and order tracking.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues by utilizing company resources, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening and understanding their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
