Job Description:
1. Liaise with customers on various types of queries such as (a) product queries (b) order related queries (c) general queries.
2. Product Queries: attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
3. Order Related Queries: Answer specific questions on delivery times, resolve order and delivery related issues by determining the cause of the problem, finding a reasonable solution, and providing a prompt resolve by liaising with courier companies and/or in-house operations team.
4. Liaise with customers on various platforms such as Business Whatsapp, Emails, Phone Calls, Website Live Chat.
5. Managing customer returns by following in-house processes
6. Following up with abandoned checkouts
7. Take the extra mile to engage with customers
8. Operate Business Whatsapp from 9am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday.
Key Skills
Proven customer support experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer oriented
Must be able to speak and write fluent English, with excellent grammar
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proactive
Problem solver – able to make quick decisions to resolve queries
Experience:
Has to have a minimum of 3 years experience with customer service. Applicants with less experience will be disqualified.
Hours: Fulltime, 9am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday
Flexible working: Required to work from the office for the first 3 months until familiarity with job requirements, then can work from home. However post 3 months, required to work from office for minimum 3 days a week.
