Nwaya LLC is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Office Representatives. This full-time position is based in Myanmar and involves interacting with customers and staff to ensure exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Assist with various customer service-related tasks, including processing orders, handling complaints, and providing technical support.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Utilize PC typing skills to enter and update customer information in the system.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
Basic English language proficiency.
Familiarity with PC typing and basic computer skills.
Age between 18 to 40 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work long hours and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work well in a team.
