Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM software is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the sales head in managing accounts and take feedbacks
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with product information and solve their queries
Prepare reports viz.. sales report, customer feedback etc..
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
Monitor and track sales goals and provide regular updates to the sales team and management
