Role and Responsibility:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.

Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.

Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.

Providing products and service information to customers.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Fresher Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate, experience in Bpo voice/non voice process only is eligible

Shift: Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off

Willingness to work in Voice process

Must have good English speaking and narration skills.

Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill.
