We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Chat Process Associates. As a Chat Process Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat platforms to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and messages via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive interactions.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately.
Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in typing.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Familiarity with chat platforms and basic computer applications.
