Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Provide technical support for our products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Requirements

1+ years experience in customer support or a related field

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with customer support software and systems
