Mavell Solution Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our company and its customers. Your primary role will be to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to help customers and who possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and able to effectively communicate with customers. Problem-solving is also an important skill for this role, as you will be expected to troubleshoot and investigate any issues that arise.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, identifying and assessing customer needs, building relationships and trust, providing accurate and complete information, meeting sales targets, handling customer complaints, keeping records of customer interactions, and following communication procedures and guidelines.
