Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various customer service duties, including making outbound calls to new customers to schedule appointments for sales representatives, following up on outstanding payments, processing orders, and providing administrative support to the manager. The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Appointment Scheduling:

Initiate outbound calls to new customers to schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments.

Maintain a detailed record of appointments and update the calendar accordingly.

2. Payment Follow-Up:

Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment-related issues.

Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding payment methods and billing inquiries.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing and resolution of payment discrepancies.

3. Order Management:

Receive and process orders from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

Ensure accuracy of orders and address any customer concerns or modifications.

Coordinate with the warehouse or relevant departments to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.

4. Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance.

5. Administrative Support:

Assist the manager with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
