We are opening a very popular café chain at Kalyani from the month of August. We have an ambitious plan to set up more outlets in near future. We are hiring customer service executives for smooth operations of the Café
Kalyani (near Kalyani Lake), Nadia,
• Treat every customer entering the Café as King/Queen and make him/her feel at home at the Café
• Understanding customer’s order and delivering the same efficiently
• Explain the menu to customers and motivate them choose different products
• Acknowledging, responding to customer complaints immediately
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Coordinate with vendors and order suppliers, as needed (like takeaway containers and other ingredients)
• Work in a Team with other executives working at the café
• Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy, and last but not the least,
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost reputation of the café
