Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s in any stream.
• Experience required: - 0 - 1 Year.
• Prior experience in Customer service in International BPO would be an advantage.
• Immediate identification of cause and assigning it to Support Engineer.
• Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and MAC operating systems.
• Ability to work in a team, handling multiple tasks at a time.
• Should be able to work in rotational night shifts.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in any stage of the process.
• Responsible for International voice process, inbound process and dealing with B2B & B2C for Product sale.
• Approaching customer with empathy, patience and courteous telephonic etiquettes towards their problems.
• Maintaining portfolio of B2B & B2C clientele along with after services.
