and paramedic professionals. Care24 has aggressive plans to grow PAN India and

We have urgent job opening for Allocation Executive, please find the JD below

profile:

Location: Delhi (Saket)

Job Description:-

 Coordination with Care Givers (Attendants, Nurses, Physiotherapist) for

booking for the patient care.

 Resolving All care giver Queries

 Customer Retention

 Collecting Feedback from both care giver and customer.

 Candidate should be active in WhatsApp group.

 Basic computer knowledge required.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

 Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

 Flexible to work on weekends

 Candidates from any industry having customer Service experience will be

considered.

 Healthcare Industry background will be preferred

 Immediate Joiners will be preferred
