Job Description (Summary): Customer Care Associate (Work from Office)

• UG/ Graduate Fresher/Experience (Technical/Non-technical)

• 6 months experience in any voice/sales process is preferred.

• Voice process

• Good Communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi/Tamil /Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam.

• Good Desktop Handling skills with minimum 30 Wpm typing speed

• Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts.

Note: Currently we have urgent requirement for vernacular candidates who can speak either in either of Tamil /Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Punjabi.
