Requisites:

Education : Minimum 12th Pass

Role : Customer Service/Inbound

Required Candidate: Immediate Joiner

Salary: Flat Rs. CTC (Take home would be around 22k)irrespective of experience or fresher

Shift: Rotational (15 Days in one shift as they have both Domestic and US process)

Facility: Conveyance Facility both Sides irrespective of the Shifts and one free meal

Training Process: 1 Month paid training, if cleared then further on the process Job

JD:

The Caption call is for the deaf people whose parents wants to communicate with them via electronic media (Mobile) and this will be converting their speech into sms via the customer care executive continuously repeating it without any pause or stopping to the software for conversion.

Skills required: Excellent English communication and understanding of the US accent as well for further communication and conversion of speech

Interview Process:

1st Round would be telephonic

2nd round is known as Dragon round and will be onsite in Gurgaon office

In the second round the candidate will be given a headset and a recording device where he/she will be hearing and continuously speaking and will be recorded. If he/she clears the round, will be pushed for 1 month paid training for the understanding of the whole process.

This is an onsite JOB. No WFH Facility.
