Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 0 months to 1 year of Experience in voice support preferable.

# Any domain experience can also apply.

# Answer Customer queries Via call, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.

# Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the potential and close

# Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it.

# Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat.

# Must be good In terms of oral and verbal communication.

# Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues.

# Candidate with excellent verbal communication is mandatory.

Education : any Graduation or Diploma or HSC.

Working Days :6 Days a week

Shift timings : Totally Rotational Night shifts
