Designation: Customer Service Executive

? Experience: Minimum 2 years plus.

? Qualification: Graduate.

? Age: Between 24 to 35 years preferred.

? Location: Mumbai Western Suburbs.

? Salary Expectancy: to 4 Lakh/year depending on the candidate.

? Probation Period: 6 months.

? Start Date: Immediate.

? Employment Type : Full Time

Key Roles:

• Order Processing

• Coordinating with Warehouse for dispatches.

• Coordinating with customers.

• MIS Reports preparation and maintenance.

• Material Planning.

• Checking and following up outstanding payments.

• Creating customer masters in ERP.

Key Activities:

• Communication: Confident communicator. Basic command of English language is desired but more important is being expressive.

• Eye for Detail: To carefully check open orders before approving.

• Follow Up: To follow up with warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
