Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboard the merchants in a professional way.
MUST OWN a Laptop or Desktop.
Influence the customer to use Meesho website.
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues on field.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in any one of Kannada, Telugu or Tamil language including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
0-2 years of experience in Merchant on-boarding desired.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Must have passed 12/PUC and above.
