Executive – Customer Service
Reputed Automobile Dealership for Tata Motors Ltd., looking for talented youngsters to join their Motor Insurance team at Central Bangalore.
You will be responsible for timely issuance of motor policies to new customers by co-ordinating with the sales team, answering customer queries and working on dedicated software.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, customer-centric, good communicator and computer skilled.
Entry level position for , Graduates of 22-26 yrs age, with minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles preferable.
Necessary training provided at induction and at regular intervals. Compensation as per industry standards with all statutory benefits of leave, ESI, PF, bonus etc.
Required skills:
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team-player, quick-thinking and courteous
• Fast, adaptable learner with good working skills in MS Excel.
• Fluency in English and Kannada compulsory
Job Description :
• Understand customer queries and needs, explain policy features and benefits clearly, provide optimised solutions
• Maintain all records on dedicated software, stay up-to-date on changes
• Co-ordinate with sales team and close successful leads by issuing policies
• Maintain reports and other back-end work
• Any other related work as assigned by supervisor
