• Managing Inbound & Outbound Service Calls / Emails

• Should have a zeal to service customers - responsibly provide positive customer experience

• Excellent with communication skills - language proficiency required in English & Hindi

• Ability to listen and problem-solve

• Basic computer skills

• Insurance background an added advantage

• Flexible to work in shifts

• Minimum Qualification – Graduate

• Preferably with relevant work experience of 2 years.
