Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 2) Basics of excel sheet. 3) A team player with leadership skills. 4) Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. 5) Answering phones & explaining the product & services offered by the company. 6) Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. 7) Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 8) Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. 9) Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. 10) Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. 11) Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. 12) Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. 13) Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Other requirements :

1. Candidate should possess excellent oral communication skills 2. Proven customer support experience 3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 4. Comfortable using computers 5. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
