Verizon is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Noida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through international inbound voice calling. If you have excellent communication skills in English, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and are comfortable working night shifts in a 24/7 environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and finding effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience: Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in international inbound voice calling or a similar customer service role.
Shifts: Must be comfortable working in night shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
Immediate Availability: Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
Work Location: On-site role at our Noida office.
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
Transportation: Both side cab facility provided.
