Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a customer care Specialist located in our office in Chandigarh/Panchkula. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing a positive customer experience. You will use your phone etiquette skills & Email communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
•Diligent management of all customer communication points including calls, emails, social media messages, google listing messages.
•Drive adoption and utilization of CRM platform, including reporting and dashboard analysis for tracking key business metrics
•Be the voice of Tattva Wellness and first point of contact for all in-coming queries (through calls, website and social media)
•Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on Spa services, whilst following up with prompt feedback
• Schedule appointments for guests in an efficient manner through booking tools
•Develop understanding of beauty and spa business (therapies and its advantages) and be able to guide guests on the same
•Actively seek guest feedback and maintain records of the same while escalating to the relevant internal teams for service or process improvement
•Actively track all social media for guest feedback
•Promote memberships and manage membership queries. Promote Gift vouchers and manage related queries
•Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute strategy for customer care to achieve business goals.
