Job Description

Location: Bandra,mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: 15k-25k

Working hours: 10am-7pm

Working days: Tuesday - Sunday

Monday off.

As a Customer Support Executive at our bandra office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent support and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via email, phone.

2)Maintain database.

3)Identify and communicate customer feedback.

4)Participate in product testing.

5)Handling customer queries

6)Resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer care.

7) asking questions to customers,obtaining information and understanding their specification.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in a related field.

•fresher/experienced.

•Effective written and verbal communication skills.

•Patience and a customer-focused attitude.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
