Roles and Responsibilities
Work-Related WhatsApp & Any Digital platform Product Promotion
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely re to company policies and procedures.
Responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat . Should possess the skills to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
Good communication skills

Ability to take and handle stress and pressure

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: Graduation
Experience (in years) Freshers / 0 to 12 months
Industry Preferences: Preferred BPO / Call Center
Working Hours:
6 Days - Fri/Sat/Sun Working - 1 Week Off in Week Day, Time 9 hour shift
