Air Exports Customer Service

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for air export customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely information regarding shipments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requests.

AWB Documentation:

Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWBs) and related documentation for air export shipments.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies for air freight documentation.

Verify the accuracy of shipment details, including weights, dimensions, and descriptions, ensuring they match with the AWB and other relevant documents.

Coordination and Logistics:

Collaborate with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth air export operations.

Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to customers regarding their cargo.

Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipment process.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of all documentation and correspondence related to air export shipments.

Generate reports on shipment status, customer inquiries, and other relevant metrics as required.

Assist in the billing process for air export shipments, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer service and documentation practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to air freight and logistics.



Qualifications:

Bachelors degree.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in air exports, freight forwarding, customer service.

Strong understanding of air freight processes and documentation, including AW
