Prepare and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or software training roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in payroll software or a willingness to learn.

Ability to conduct virtual training sessions.
