Urgent Requirement For Sea Export Customer Service

Job Description

Plan & monitor the shipment(s) at every stage.

 Discuss with Pricing/OSE & take control of shipment from planning stage.

 Developing knowledge about job requirements / procedures.

 Plan the Operations / Documentation / Carrier requirements.

 Transshipment follow-up of connections – updates to be done prior to connections.

 Follow-up & adhere to SQI standards.

 Serve as first point of contact in all communications concerning customer / job.

 Follow-up customer dues & ensure we deal with only approved customers for Credit.
