Job Description: Customer Service Executive (Chat & Voice Process)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Working Days: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support through both chat and voice channels.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and accurately.
Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide valuable feedback.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work a 5-day week schedule, including weekends and rotational shifts.
Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
