As a Client Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client interactions,

addressing inquiries promptly, and sharing comprehensive product price details. The ideal

candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a

strong understanding of Ayurvedic products and their benefits.

Job Responsibilities-

Respond promptly to client inquiries received through social media platforms and other

communication channels.

Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products, including pricing, ingredients, usage

instructions, and potential benefits.

Manage and track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely

shipment details.

Resolve any issues related to order delays, damaged products, or missing items, ensuring

customer satisfaction.

Establish strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat

business.

Provide personalized assistance to clients by understanding their specific needs and

recommending appropriate Ayurvedic products.

Maintain a database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference and

improved service.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving

issues, and exceeding expectations.
