Role & responsibilities

Ensure Productivity is monitored / enhanced in line with set targets.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Maintain Team MIS

Consistency in achieving the agreed performance parameters.

TAT adherence to be mandated & regularly monitored.

Conduct trainings for the new joinees

Refresher training to be identified & conducted

Regular monitoring and feedback to be provided to the executives.

Update team of any new updates.

Assist team with prompt handling of escalations.

Client feedback to be shared with respective departments.

Maintain Team MIS and conduct regular appraisals.
