Customer Service Executive - Import/Export

Ashapura Forwarders Pvt Ltd

• Coordination with external agencies like shipping line, Forwarders etc

• Complete coordination with the client for clearance of the shipment

• Internal coordination with operation team, Documentation Team, Accounts Team transport department etc

• Keeping track of shipments and coordinate with client for documents and further filing

• Preparation and submission of reports as per requirement

• Preparing fund requirement and preparing for Billing

Required Skills:

• Strong communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills

• Knowledge about Import / Export process & Shipping line activities

• Good in Data Analysis Skill

• Proficiency in English

• Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook

• Problem solving Skill

• Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.

• Candidate should be focused on following up independently and deliver results.
