Customer care after sales service handling role. Computer knowledge - MS office - word, Basic Excel sheet

Attend to customer service calls on phone

New order processing & feeding in the system

Manage the work allocation thru the service management system

Make repair quotations in Tally and interact with the customer for approval

payment follow-up if any

complaints or grievances solving

coordinate with the services and spares team for completion and close service calls

Good in Ms Office.
