Duties and Responsibilities
• Stock shelves with products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times including all kitchen appliances, cleaning products etc.
• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information to the manager.
• Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
• Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
• Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Provide necessary information about products and service
• Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions and Route and direct customer requests to appropriate personnel.
