Previous customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to understand issue, help create solutions
flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
Flexibility to travel on his own during day shifts
Positive attitude, self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Roles and responsibilities:
Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
Getting deep into issues and providing efficient solution with help of the internal team.
Monitoring loads on the application system.
Email communication and follow ups.
