Keeping a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Replying promptly to customer gnizing and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our mobile app product inside and out so that you can solve questions.

Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

To provide support for queries related to Transactions on taskbucks/RocketSingh and handle issues related to payment tracking

Liaising with the operations and tech team for any additional follow up required for customer queries

Daily MIS & Data analytics for customer queries, turn around time for addressing customer queries
